For what reasons can you return or exchange an item?

 

Because the product is damaged, you can return or exchange it. Not for you (for fashion items). The product description or product images did not match the advertisement. You received the wrong product. Part of the product is missing. Change your mind or if the product does not meet our terms and conditions.

 

Return conditions:

 

Return or exchange: Your product and packaging must meet the following conditions for a return or exchange to be valid:

 

Example: You cannot return or exchange an item due to a change of mind. If the product packaging is damaged or opened

 

NOTE: The original packaging for returns and exchanges must not have any adhesive tape, stickers, or other items that would damage the original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be considered incomplete. Non-refundable

 

Invalid (package removed, package damaged)

 

The product you purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving it. Reasons for return or exchange will be taken into account accordingly. You can contact customer service within the specified time period. We will contact you shortly. If you receive the product and have not notified us within 14 days, we reserve the right to return or exchange the item.

 

Note: For returns and exchanges not caused by our company, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement or return.

 

Once the item status changes to Shipped, you can exchange or return the item online. The status will change within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If the product does not work/is not as advertised/is expired, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Don't forget to take a photo of the returned item as proof of return. Photos are important when replacing worn or damaged items. Please keep the evidence in case something goes wrong during the redemption process.
